"Tribute to Arman" was exhibited at the Palais Royal Garden from May 12 to June 18, 2006. Arman was one of the most representative artists of the French Nouveau Réalisme movement of the 1960s; he settled in New York early on, and his works are characterized by the accumulation and overlapping of objects. Born in Nice in 1928 and passing away in New York in 2005, this small exhibition seems somewhat meager in its tribute to the master of Nouveau Réalisme, raising hopes for a more representative show.
